Messe München, organiser of the world’s leading event for the transport logistics and air cargo sector, has announced Singapore as the destination for transport logistic and air cargo in Southeast Asia.
MMI Asia and the Singapore Tourism Board inked a Memorandum of Understanding on 15 November to organise transport logistic and air cargo for multiple biennial editions in Singapore.
The Southeast Asian edition of transport logistic and air cargo will take place in Marina Bay Sands, Singapore 13-15 September 2023. MMI Asia, the regional subsidiary of Messe München (MMG), announced the dates together with key industry stakeholders Changi Airport Group, SATS Ltd and DHL Express. This edition will complement the series of transport logistic and air cargo shows which include, India, China, Turkey, the United States and the world’s largest logistics event and parent show in Munich.
The transport logistic and air cargo show is a timely entry into the region as the transportation, logistics, and air cargo sectors faced the advent of new technologies, business models, markets and competitions. Organisers say the event will address challenges that the eco-system is facing and bring together solutions for companies to evolve and meet changing customer expectations.
This Singapore show partnership includes the development of new content, programme and exhibition components for the tradeshow, marketing and publicity efforts, and areas of collaboration in industry knowledge exchange.

The Singapore event will feature a high-level conference under a central theme of ‘Integrated Logistics for a Disrupted World’.

MMI Asia is also working in partnership with STB to ensure the event maximizss the advantages of Singapore’s logistics and event infrastructure.
