US - National Trade Productions, owner of the Total Solutions Marketing show, has donated US$150,000 to the recently-launched International Center for Exhibitor and Event Marketing.
The resource, which was founded in July as a result of a collaboration between NTP and the International Association of Exhibitions, has more than 9,000 members. It aims to provide a social network for peer-to-peer interaction, training, webinars as well as special rates on industry events.
“I hope to build a bridge joining the exhibitors, event marketers, show organizers and suppliers to provide a forum for open discussions and idea sharing that has not been available until now," says NTP Chairman Bob Harar.
Total Solutions Marketing, the show for exhibiting and event professionals, has committed to donating 15 per cent of its annual gross revenue to help fund the Center and its activities.
