Bahrain - Young families are being singled out with a new consumer exhibition dedicated to pregnancy, mothers-to-be, babies and toddlers.
The Mother and Baby Bahrain Show, to be held at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre on 4-7 November, is being organised by Magnum Events and Exhibitions Management, the company behind the Bahrain International Travel Expo.
Magnum’s executive director, Abraham John, tells EW the event will fill a gap in Bahrain’s exhibitions calendar, which he claims doesn’t yet cater for the mother and baby marketplace.
“There is no such exhibition as this in Bahrain,” says John. “The aim is to bring mothers the latest developments in children’s well-being and care. It will be a small show, as it’s being held for the first time with 3,000 square metres of space, but will grow in the future.”
The event will also feature children’s entertainment and activities, competitions, demonstrations, free workshops and play zones.
