Germany - Fespa is introducing a VIP visitor marketing service to help secure key buyers at Fespa 2010 in Munich.
The organiser of the B2B event for the digital and screen printing industries will use Exhibition Concierge to deliver a VIP experience to key visitors and generate further interest in the show. Exhibitors will be able to invite their most important contacts, who will have a dedicated VIP entrance to avoid queuing. They will then be delivered directly to their contact at the exhibition stand.
“The scale of a show such as Fespa can be an overwhelming. The new service will make it easier for key exhibitors to meet their key existing and prospective customers and will facilitate an improved visitor experience enabling better business. The simplicity of the service is what makes it compelling,” says Fespa’s sales and marketing director, Marcus Timson.
Fespa, which covers six halls and 60,000 square metres, aims to attract 4,0000 visitors from 130 countries.
