Andrew Phua, the Singapore Tourism Board (STB) executive director, exhibitions and conferences, is to move to China as ED Greater China (designate) for STB. In this new role, he will be responsible for the China, Hong Kong/Macau and Taiwan markets. He will take up the new role in Beijing, effective 16 September 2021.
His successor in Singapore will be Poh Chi Chuan, previously the executive director responsible for spearheading and implementing technology transformation initiatives within STB in the Technology Transformation Group. Chi Chuan has been with the board for 17 years.
