Now in its sixth year, the World ATM Congress is running 6-8 March at IFEMA in Madrid, and is the world’s largest international air traffic management (ATM) exhibition and conference. Over 7,500 participants are expected this year.
IFEMA is the permanent venue for the World ATM Congress until 2022 and the venue management believes the Congress’s tenancy has helped establish Madrid as a world-class city in the global aeronautical industry.
Over 80 air navigation service providers (ANSP), product developers, leaders and experts from the aeronautical industry, will meet with government representatives, manufacturers, and suppliers from all over the world at IFEMA again.
The World ATM Congress combines a broad exhibition area with product demonstrations and launches, contract closures, and networking opportunities. A packed schedule of conferences and top-level meetings involving 260 speakers from all over the world is also again on the agenda for 2018. They will be joined by 225 exhibiting companies.
Speakers at the Congress will discuss the latest innovations and analyse the aeronautical industry’s key issues, and include Dr Olumuyiwae Aliu (ICAO), Eamonn Brennan (Eurocontrol), Nancy Graham (Graham Aerospace International) and David McMillan (ATM Policy Institute) and Gatwick Airport.
IFEMA and World Air Traffic Management had reached an agreement, within the framework of the fourth edition of the World ATM Congress, to hold the World ATM Congress for a further five years at the Feria de Madrid until 2022.
