Ungerboeck, the event management software provider, has announced the acquisition of Priava, a global cloud-based venue and event management system.
This acquisition, Ungerboeck says, will allow it to provide a platform to accelerate industry innovation and add more value for customers globally. Acquiring Priava, with its representation in Australia, New Zealand and the UK, accelerates Ungerboeck’s current international presence.
Fred Lazzerini (pictured), senior vice-president of Ungerboeck, said: “This acquisition accelerates our objective to grow internationally. We’re bringing in more venues in the Ungerboeck community, and adding staff in Australia, India, and the UK which gives us growth capacity.”
