RX wins four Comparably Awards for leadership and DE&I

RX (formerly Reed Exhibitions), a global events company, has been named among the winners of Comparably’s Q2 awards.

Comparably, an employee review platform that collects current employee sentiment, announces awards in different categories each quarter.

RX placed in the top companies for the categories:

  • Best Company Leadership
  • Best CEOs for Diversity
  • Best CEOs for Women
  • Best Company for Career Growth

 

According to RX, when asked what they like best about the leadership team in an anonymous survey, employees shared responses along the lines of:

  • “They share openly how things are going and they listen to our comments.”
  • “I feel like I am important to the company, and they want all of us to succeed in our jobs.”
  • “Incredibly supportive during difficult times, with a focus on important topics such as inclusion & diversity and sustainability.”
