IRELAND - Exhibition organiser Faversham House Group says it is to launch the Irish Sustainable Business Exhibition this autumn.
The new trade show will complete a trio of exhibitions held at the Resource Ireland event, which currently hosts the Irish Water Exhibition and the Irish Recycling and Waste Exhibition.
"With the whole world debating climate change and how businesses can reduce their impact and carbon footprints, we feel this event couldn’t come at a better time," says senior marketing manager, Sandra Bilz. "The launch also follows the success of the UK inaugural Sustainable Business Event, which was part of Sustainabilitylive! at the Birmingham NEC last year, which drew over 4,000 attendees."
Bilz says the exhibition will be aimed at environmental and sustainability professionals from across all industries.
"Our media partner is the Sunday Business Post, so we are well placed to begin marketing the launch event to a targeted business audience," she adds.
Resource Ireland takes place 13 to 14 October 2010 at Simmonscourt, Dublin.
