The Supervisory Board of international event organiser and venue NürnbergMesse GmbH, has unanimously approved the extension of the contracts of its joint CEOs Dr Roland Fleck and Peter Ottmann. Both have been on the Management Board of NürnbergMesse since 2011.
Albert Füracker, chairman of the Supervisory Board, said: "Dr Roland Fleck and Peter Ottmann have driven the extremely positive corporate development and impressive growth of NürnbergMesse over the past 10 years. With the extension of their contracts, the tandem can continue their successful work with full force even in the most difficult phase of the company's history due to Covid-19.”
Marcus König, vice-chairman of the Supervisory Board added: "There are major challenges for the trade fair and congress business now and in the future. As vice-chairman of the Supervisory Board, I am pleased that with Roland Fleck and Peter Ottmann we have two outstanding CEOs and industry personalities still on board."
