International exhibition organiser and venue group Italian Exhibition Group S.p.A. (IEG), has announced that the chairman of its Board of Directors, Lorenzo Cagnoni, passed away 5 September.
The Board shared deep condolences for Cagoni’s family’s great loss.
IEG said a new chairman would be appointed in accordance with the provisions of the current law and the Articles of Association.
On the basis of available information, Cagnoni held 13,000 shares in IEG as of 5 September.
