The World Exhibition Stand Awards (WESA) 2022 winners have been announced.
The awards celebrate the experiential, architectural and creative innovation of exhibition stands at trade shows and events around the world.
This year’s awards saw 72 winners from creative experiential agencies based in four continents representing designs of both live stands and digital experiences of brands including Android, Dell, Accenture, Qualcomm, and Phillips.
The judges said competition was particularly high this year for WESA’s fourth edition, with an increased level of scoring in comparison to years preceding 2022.
WESA campaign manager Lisa Farnfield said: “Each year the quality of the entries seems to get better and better, 2022’s winners have been particularly excellent. The industry has bounced back since the pandemic, and brands are back investing in face to face events.”
The winners list includes: 2Heads Global Solutions, ASTOUND Group, Creaplan N.V, RTH Plc, Trade Group, Murayama Inc, OP3 Global, Pinaps Global, OrangeDoor, UNLTD_XYZ and brands such as Netjets, NASA, Hisense, Bombardier, and Zurich Insurance Group.
Farnfield added that the World Exhibition Stand would be opening for 2023 entries at the end of the year and recommended agencies document their creativity by taking plenty of images and videos in preparation for the event.
