The launch event for Sustainable Energy Technology Asia (SETA) 2022, 24 March, saw the confirmation of its partnership with Enlit Asia and Solar+Storage Asia (SSA), set to be co-located together in Bangkok, Thailand, 20-22 September.
The launch event had over 50 stakeholders from across the Thai energy industry in attendance and was opened by and Dr Prajin Juntong, chairman of SETA 2022 and SSA 2022.
The meeting highlighted that Thailand is open for business, with eased travel entry restrictions, 1 April. The show will take place at Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Centre (BITEC).
Of the event's prime exhibition space, 80% has been sold with exhibitors coming from more than 15 countries. Organisers say the event is on track to host over 350 exhibitors showcasing technology and solutions supporting the ASEAN energy sector's continued transition to a lower-carbon future. Ten thousand visitors are also anticipated, organisers say.
The SETA 2022 and Enlit Asia conference will host speakers from Thailand and across ASEAN who will address topics of strategic and commercial importance to the region's power value chain.
