The Exhibition Think Tank (ETT) Club has three big events coming up in the second half of June, with a Monthly Innovation Talk on best practices in Digital and AI on 17 June kicking things off.
The Innovation Talk is a global platform for networking and collaborating with like-minded people, irrespective of job titles and hierarchy.
Teamwork is involved during online sessions, where participants are allocated to breakout rooms to discuss the monthly challenge in smaller groups.
The 17 June session will be chaired by Stefan Rummel, managing director, Messe München, and is free for ETT Club Gold Members.
On the 21 June, ETT Club runs its Micro-workshop: ‘Launch events – where to start?’ Questions asked will include: What is the motivation to launch events? What do you want to launch and achieve? What would success look like?
Mark Parsons, managing director and founder, Events Intelligence, will deliver some thoughts as a lecturer during the workshop.
Following the ETT Panel discussion: ‘A Golden Era to Launch Events’, moderated by Omanexpo general manager Ashley Roberts, the report section will be recorded, reflecting the understandings gained on where to start to successfully launch events.
Finally, on 24 June, ETT offers a Panel Discussion: ‘Averting the Global Events Skills Shortage’.
Panellists will discuss what unique practices or innovations have come out of these challenges and what efficiencies organisations have learned due to fewer staff during pandemic.
Speakers at the event will be Amy Calvert, CEO, Events Industry Council and Jeff Quade, executive vice-president, exhibitions, GES. Moderators are Erika Welling, chief experience officer, Blendz Events, and Mike Frost, co-founder, Expocast.
