MPI hosted a press conference at IMEX America, where they announced the location for their European Meetings and Events Conference (EMEC) in 2021 as Brighton.
The event is coming to Sevilla in Spain next year, from 9-11 February 2020. The year after, it will be coming to IMEX' hometown of Brighton, where the group's office is based.
Paul Van Deventer, President and CEO of MPI (pictured centre left) made the announcement. He also confirmed that Steve O'Malley will continue in the role of MPI Chair, while Annette Gregg (pictured centre right) joins as Senior Vice President of Experience.
MPI also announced that its World Education Congress will be coming to Texas in 2020, and that the MPI academy has listed a number of new courses.
Lastly, MPI announced a new partnership with ILEA - the International Live Events Association - which will see the two groups sharing education at events going forwards.
