Food + Wine Victoria, the organisation behind Melbourne Food & Wine Festival, has announced it will deliver Global Table, a new international food business event.
Global Table will focus on agriculture, food and beverage business. It will be Australia’s largest ever event of its kind, and will be held in Melbourne in September 2019.
It will also be partnered with Seeds&Chips – The Global Food Innovation Summit. Seeds&Chips is an international meeting point for innovators, policy makers and global leaders to develop solutions for the common good.
Previous speakers at Seeds&Chips include Barack Obama, former US secretary of state John Kerry, and Starbucks executive chairman Howard Schultz.
Food + Wine Victoria chairman Radek Sali said: "Food + Wine Victoria is thrilled to be delivering Global Table - a unique platform to showcase Victoria's agriculture, food and beverage capability to the region's top investors and traders.
