SPAIN - Exhibitors at the June 2011 edition of Meetings and Incentive Travel Market in Lloret de Mar, Spain, have shared their thoughts on the exhibition.
Exhibitors ranked the trade fair format, organisation, quality of buyers, business opportunities and gave an overall rating to the show in a survey conducted by the organisers.
The most successful category was the trade fair organisation, which 53 per cent of exhibitors ranked ‘good’, 43 per cent ranked ‘excellent’ and four per cent ranked ‘fair’.
The least successful category was business opportunities, which 45 per cent of respondents ranked ‘good’, 36 per cent ranked ‘fair’, 18 per cent ranked ‘excellent’ and one per cent ranked ‘poor’.
During the course of the exhibition a total of 2,709 one-to-one prearranged meetings were conducted between exhibitors and hosted buyers, as well as 809 non-programmed meetings.
The fifteenth edition of MITM Euromed, Meetings and Incentive Travel Market 2011 will be held in Vigo, Spain, from 27 to 29 April.
