UK - Global logistics provider Agility has been awarded the contract to manage logistics services for the Defence and Security Equipment International (DSEi) exhibition in London in 2011 and 2013.
Agility will provide all onsite handling services as well as the UK and international freight.
“DSEi is one of the largest and most complex global defence events and we are very proud to have secured the contract for the next two exhibitions,” says David Richards, MD of Agility Fairs and Events UK.
DSEi will take place from 13 to 16 September 2011 at Excel London. The 2009 show drew 1,280 exhibitors from 40 countries.
Former UBM Confex Portfolio director Duncan Reid is to take over as DSEi show director next month. He replaces Sally de Swart who has moved to Australia and joined Reed.
