Stronger international flavour at Cebit 2010

AUSTRALIA - This year’s information and communications B2B event Cebit Australia has announced more international delegates in attendance than 2009.

The exhibition and conference has 13 international delegations attending, from the likes of China, Korea and the Philippines, which is up by three from last year. The exhibition also sees pavilions from China, the UK and Germany.

"This news further cements Cebit Australia’s status as a gateway to business in the Asia Pacific," says MD of organiser Hannover Fairs Australia, Jackie Taranto. "We continue to witness an increase in the quality of our business visitors, confirming that technology is a key element of business strategy."

Taranto is also pleased with the calibre of conference speakers the show has attracted too, with high ranking employees from the likes of Amazon, Investec and EnergyAustralia confirmed, adding she is "proud of the show’s contribution to inward investment and showcasing local industries".

Cebit Australia 2010 takes place 24 – 26 May at Darling Harbour, Sydney.
