UAE – Abu Dhabi developer Tourism Development and Investment Company (TDIC) has promised to deliver 1,800 hotel rooms in the next two years with its joint venture partners, as well as 1,700 residential units.
In total, 3,000 hotel rooms will have been delivered by the company by the end of 2012, in support of the Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority’s aim to bring 2.3 million visitors to Abu Dhabi by that year.
TDIC is currently working on 60 projects in Abu Dhabi totaling AED120bn, planned for completion by 2020.
