AMR International, a global strategy consultancy, has announced the appointment of Michael Mandl as principal for its Events Ecosystem and Technology Practice.
For more than 15 years, Mandl has held numerous senior executive positions around the world with both Reed Exhibitions and Informa. Most recently, he was the CEO for Reed Exhibitions in Brazil and Mexico (LATAM). In this role, he created the Reed LATAM structure, merging Mexico and Brazil business units; grew revenue streams across numerous product and service portfolios; and led the roll-out of several digital transformation initiatives.
Mandl said: “I am looking forward to being part of AMR’s vibrant team who are respected for creating value and acting as a guide for the event industry’s transformation.”
