IT&CM Asia and CTW Asia-Pacific 2022 has released more details about the event’s programme, which will take place from 20-22 September in Bangkok, Thailand.
Content is set to include sponsor-backed engagements such as the opening ceremony and welcome reception, brand engagements, in-booth activities, and lucky draws.
The show is expecting 312 in-person and remote exhibitors from 132 companies, and organisations from 23 countries/territories. They will be joined by 387 in-person and remote MICE, Association and Corporate Buyers from 56 countries/territories.
Exhibitors from Thailand, Philippines, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, and South Korea will helm the largest exhibiting pavilions.
In-person outreach
IT&CM Asia and CTW Asia-Pacific 2022 will open with Thailand Convention & Exhibition Bureau (TCEB)’s hosting of the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception at the Bangkok Convention Centre on the evening of the first event day, designed to showcase Thailand’s art scene.
NTOs will occupy 30-minute Brand Engagement slots from 21-22 September, including:

- MEET Taiwan
- Tourism Promotions Board
- Philippines (TPB)
- Promotion Bureau of the Principality of Monaco – Asia
- Korea Tourism Organization (KTO)
- Incheon Tourism Organization and Gyeonggi Tourism Organization
In-booth activities
All delegates will have access to the line-up of in-booth activities, highlights of which include:
Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau
- CustoMICE: discover the MICE destination with a photo gimmick
- Magic MICE Destination: take a selfie with the Magic Thailand AR graffiti and receive “Thai Dessert Soap”
- DIY craft time with the Taipei City Government and get a special token by filling out a questionnaire. Lucky draw prizes sponsored by Arcadia Travel Co., Ltd will also be available in the booth.
Taiwan Tourism Bureau
- Will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony for show attendees
- A 360° with a virtual reality experience of Taiwan
