Italian Exhibition Group in €20m Italian stock exchange listing

Italian Exhibition Group (IEG), one of the major players at national and European level in the organisation of tradefairs and conferences, has made its debut on Mercato Telematico Azionario (MTA) of Borsa Italiana (Italy’s stock exchange). 

During the placement, IEG raised €19.9m. The company’s total 2018 turnover was approximately €160m.
