FeuerTrutz 2019, the International tradefair with congress for preventive fire protection, which has been running in Exhibition Centre Nuremberg, 20-21 February, announced a new record of 315 exhibitors. The figure was up from 287 in 2018.
The display area of around 6,400sqm marked an increase of 14% on the 2018 edition.
The tradeshow offered Exhibitor Forums and live demonstrations, while an accompanying fully-booked Fire Protection Congress for 1,450 delegates explored topical issues.
The 2020 edition of the tradefair and congress will take place, 24-25 June 2020, a shift in dates that, organisers say, will allow the event to relocate into Halls 4 and 4A and the Fire Protection Congress to grow into the adjacent Nuremberg Convention Center Ost.
“FeuerTrutz the ideal dialogue platform for experts to discuss the challenges in the fire protection sector. Since its premiere in 2011, it has evolved into Europe’s leading event for preventive fire protection,” said Stefan Dittrich, Director FeuerTrutz, NürnbergMesse and Günter Ruhe, Managing Director of the FeuerTrutz.
Sixty international companies exhibited at the show (up from 41 in 2018), representing 21 countries.
The FeuerTrutz After Work Party was hosted this year by the Max Morlock Stadium.
