Expo Stars Interactive and Tilkee announce new partnership

Global exhibition engagement company Expo Stars Interactive has announced a new partnership with Tilkee, a European software company which specialises in helping businesses improve and measure sales from events and exhibitions.

As part of the agreement, Tilkee has become Expo Stars’ official tradeshow lead capture and ROI measurement partner. By using Tilkee’s data-driven platform, Expo Stars will be able to automate the lead generation and follow-up marketing for its clients, as well as provide in-depth reports around engagement, conversions and overall exhibition performance.

On top of this, Expo Stars’ services, which range from exhibition strategy to sourcing and training booth staffing to support businesses during events, will now be added to Tilkee’s own customer offering.

Lee Ali, founder and MD of Expo Stars, said: “Events and exhibitions provide a unique opportunity for businesses to engage directly with their target audience. But time and time again we’re approached by organisations who have no idea how effective their trade show performance is. We’ve always been committed to helping exhibitors monitor and measure success, and through our unique partnership with Tilkee we’ll be able to automate many of our processes and gather even more insight to continually improve results for our clients.”

Stéphane Girardin, VP Sales at Tilkee, added: “We were looking for a well-known global partner that specialises in event management and shares our main goal to increase event performance for large organisations. Having supported their clients at more than 3,000 events in 100 cities across 53 countries over the last 12 years, Expo Stars has unbeatable experience of supporting businesses at exhibitions, making it a natural fit for us. We’re excited the partnership between Expo Stars and Tilkee will enable us to provide a complete package covering the staff and tools to maximise attendee engagement and exhibition performance around the world.”
