The Dutch government is lifting quarantine regulations for fully vaccinated travellers into the country in time for the UFI Global Congress. The list includes travellers from the US and the UK and a full list of all accepted vaccines can be seen HERE.
Testing and other requirements vary, depending on the Dutch classification of the country of origin of individual travellers.
