Comexposium, the French global event organiser, has announced the launch of CXMP, a new B2B marketplace tailored to the fashion, sport and food industries. Developed in collaboration with Webhelp, CXMP aims to exemplify Comexposium’s ambition to deliver an omnichannel experience to the B2B world.
The new B2B marketplace hopes to provide opportunities for communities to grow their business. CXMP intends to facilitate sourcing, access product data, place orders and harness the vast potential of digitalisation. The platform will allow buyers to place orders all year round.
Alexandre Lavoisier, CEO of Comexposium, said: “As a global event organiser, Comexposium has spent years building trust with more than 48,000 exhibitors and 3.5m visitors. We understand their needs and expectations. Our first goal with this marketplace is to allow brands to sell their products and services, and help clients find, order and buy what they need, when they need it. But beyond that, our intention is to support our clients in dealing with the digitalisation of their business and their markets.”
Axel Mouquet, CEO of Webhelp Payment Services, stated: “As we emerge from a crisis that has emphasised the need for omnicanality, Comexposium has chosen to rely on Webhelp to deploy relational and e-commerce solutions essential for an augmented and extended experience of its events. To meet this challenge, we were happy to mobilise Webhelp’s cross-disciplinary expertise and offer our undivided attention to deliver strategic guidance and effective operational management.”
