Tennessee, USA, based Endeavor Business Media has acquired from global exhibition organiser Informa seven events, as part of a 23-brand B2B portfolio.
Endeavor Business Media has taken on Informa’s Industry & Infrastructure Intelligence and Auto Aftermarket Media Brands.
Endeavor Business Media was founded in 2017 by CEO Chris Ferrell and is based in Nashville.

Endeavor's spokesperson told EW exclusively: "The acquisition of these events increases the Event Portfolio within Endeavor significantly. We are anxious to get started on working with the strong Event Teams and Event Brands coming over, and are keen to see what opportunities a growing Events Division will have for the company.”

Earlier this year, Endeavor acquired events from Clarion and the latest transaction is set to double its staff.
The business portfolio will include 60 events in 16 B2B sectors.
Terms of the Endeavor acquisition were not disclosed, although it was funded mostly by Resolute Capital Partners.
