ADNEC to host Sand Sports Super Show Middle East in 2020

Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company (ADNEC) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Bonnier Corporation to host the Sand Sports Super Show Middle East at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center in 2020.

The agreement was made during ADNEC’s visit to the United States, in line with its efforts to promote Abu Dhabi’s leading position in the Middle East as the regional capital for high-profile international exhibitions and conferences.

The MoU was signed by Humaid Matar Al Dhaheri, Group CEO of ADNEC and Jonathan Moore, Senior Vice President of Events for Bonnier Corporation at the Sand Sports Super Show in the United States in the presence of officials and senior executives of both companies.

Humaid Matar Al Dhaheri, Group CEO of ADNEC, said: “We are pleased to sign this agreement to attract one of the world's leading sand sports events, which will be held for the first time in the Middle East. The inaugural event will be launched in Abu Dhabi by 2020.

The MoU underscores ADNEC's strong capability to provide the ideal venues that attract global events and exhibitions from various sectors.
