Food and Hotel Expo was UBM India’s first hospitality show on the Indian subcontinent

UBM India recently completed the launch of its first food and hospitality show on the Indian subcontinent, Food and Hotel Expo (FHIn).

The event took place from 5-7 September at the Sahar Star Hotel in Mumbai, India. It featured elite workshops, chef’s competitions, product invention, conferences, special events and a product launch pad.

It also featured a culinary challenge featuring categories such as ‘chocolate showpiece’, ‘played appetizers’ and ‘bread display’.

ProWein India were also on hand to provide a range of seminars, wine and spirit tastings, discussions and presentations focusing on sensory perception.

There was also a hospitality strategy summit, aimed at developing optimal strategies towards building a better working culture and solving the challenges faced during the development of such a culture.
