Organisers of a regular MICE supplier-buyer matchmaking showcase in Poland are seeking international exhibitors to join the event’s grand edition in November.
Meet The Bidders brings together international MICE exhibitors for pre-arranged meetings as part of a day of networking.
Marcin Lewandowski, account manager at organiser travel-bidder.com, told EW almost 600 meetings were held at the show’s most recent edition.
“Polish MICE buyers are open for new partners and searching for new contacts in new destinations,” the Lewandowski said. “Our market is not settled for destinations and is searching for new inspiring places," Lewandowski said.
He said venues and attractions in Spain, Portugal, Italy, the United States, Japan, Tanzania, Thailand and India were proving popular with buyers.
“When talking with project managers from different incentive agencies they emphasise their need to find a creative partners with unique ideas.”
The grand edition of Meet The Bidders, which is expected to attract more than 70 buyers, will be held on 24 November in Warsaw.
