Event registration and ticketing company N200 has revealed Chris Lloyd will lead the company’s Middle East business when its new Dubai office opens in August.
Lloyd, who joined the company seven years ago, has been appointed regional services director, Dubai.
He has previously held key technical and senior client care roles at N200, including managing the company’s involvement in UBM’s Protection and Management Series, MODA, Interop and ecobuild.
“The Middle East events industry is thriving and there is great opportunity for growth. I am looking forward to working with the GES team in the Dubai office to introduce our registration, ticketing and data intelligence platforms to the Middle East events market,” Lloyd said.
The company already works with Tarsus, Trades Exhibitions and easyFairs in the region.
N200 managing director Bart van Bijnen said: “This is such an exciting development. A permanent presence is going to open so much opportunity for N200 | GES, to be able to head the team with someone of Chris’ calibre and experience makes it an even more compelling proposition.”
N200’s office will be located at Falcon House in Dubai Investment Park.
