Organisers of The Drinks Industry Show have announced Japanese brewery Asahi Premium Beverages will join the inaugural trade fair at Sydney’s Luna Park on 16-17 November.
The free, trade-only event, organised by Exhibitions & Trade Fairs, will connect producers and distributors of alcoholic beverages with buyers from bars, clubs, restaurants, hotels, caterers and liquor stores.
Asahi Premium Beverages sales manager Fred Jones said: “Asahi Premium Beverages is delighted to be a part of the Drinks Industry Show, and proud to showcase our award winning portfolio, including beer brands Asahi Super Dry and Cricketers Arms.”
Exhibitions & Trade Fairs event director David McCarthy said his team was delighted.
“We welcome Asahi’s involvement in the show; they are major players in the drinks industry and we are very pleased to have their support,” McCarthy said.
The Drinks Industry Show 2015 will feature a range of interactive elements including mixology demonstrations, networking functions, educational seminars from leading industry experts, master classes, tasting sessions and interactive displays.
The event is also set to include the Australian Bartenders Guild Classic and Flair National Cocktail Competition.
