UK - Duncan Painter has taken over the role of CEO at Emap International, owner of exhibition organiser Emap Connect.
Painter replaces David Gilbertson, who stepped down in May amid concerns over private equity ownership. He is currently MD of BSkyB subsidiary Sky IQ, which provides customer intelligence services to BSkyB and FTSE 100 companies including Centrica and Zurich Financial Services.
“Duncan has extensive experience of leading successful B2B and data companies and was the stand-out candidate for the role,” said Emap chairman Irina Hemmers.
