Tarsus Group has acquired the remaining 20 per cent interest in medical event organiser MCI Opco.
Founded by Drs Robert Goldman and Ronald Klatz in 2003, MCI organises The World Anti-Aging Congress and Expo in Orlando and Las Vegas in April and December respectively, as well as 21 smaller events across the US. The company has expanded worldwide, now organising events in Europe, Dubai, South America and Asia.
The acquisition follows the purchase of 80 per cent of the company by Tarsus in 2006.
