UK - Organiser Reed Exhibitions is to launch an Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Fan Expo London 2010 at Earls Court in October.
The mixed martial art association has confirmed its long-rumoured plans to hold a London-based exhibition to complement Reed’s third Boston Fan Expo at the Hynes Convention Centre in August and its second Las Vegas UFC Fan Expo.
“We are pleased to announce that we’ll be making our way to the UK for the very first time,” says a statement from the organiser. “The event will include the largest collection of UFC, WEC, former Pride, and Hall of Fame fighters plus training and development sessions.”
The show’s exhibitors will include apparel, electronic gaming, food and beverages, fight gear, fitness equipment and supplies, nutritional supplements and lifestyle products. It will also feature both UFC- and exhibitor-sponsored autograph signings.
UFC claims to be the largest live pay-per-view provider in the world and the fastest growing main stream sports organisation in history.
The event will be held from 15 to 16 October 2010.
