UK full-service exhibition provider Showlite has expanded its senior management team following its takeover by Ottimo Digital at the end of last year.
Former graphics department manager for Freeman, Phil Moogan (pictured) has been appointed as graphics project manager and will work across the two companies.
Ottimo managing directors Nick Lindwall and Lee Crew completed their acquisition of Showlite on 5 December 2023 after an invitation to purchase from the former owners. Lindwall is now Showlite’s new managing director, and Crew has taken the role of group sales director.
Lindwall said: “Whilst Showlite offers graphics in-house, our offering is now greatly enhanced by Ottimo’s wider range of graphic processes and print products. Phil will bring the Ottimo firepower onboard, creating an improved offering for organisers and exhibitors.
“We are thrilled to have Phil join our team. His vast knowledge of graphics combined with his extensive client services and onsite experience make him a great addition. Phil also has an excellent reputation for delivering high quality; his attention to detail is second to none.”
Hampshire and Pontypool-based Showlite employs around 50 people and delivers essential event services, including shell, electrics, lighting, furniture, flooring, and graphics.
Ottimo Digital was established in 2010 and is based in Newport, South Wales. It employs around 20 people delivering and installing graphics for exhibition stands and displays, hoardings, building wraps, signage, vehicle graphics, and more, all over the UK and Europe.
