The kitchens are equipped with high-end equipment and kitchen battery line. The ISO 22000: 2018 standard ensures that 100% of ingredients have traceability, ensuring the guests’ food safety.
An in-house micro-biological testing laboratory maintains quality control, hygiene, and sanitation. Cuisines include Indian, Regional Indian, European, Pan-Asian, Pacific Rim, Mediterranean and Levantine. These are prepared by a team of specialty-cuisine master chefs with expertise in Mediterranean, Thai, Japanese and Chinese cuisine.
IT and 5G
Driven by technology and committed to digital innovation, Jio World Convention Centre comprises one integrated centre with the aim to create a better world. The venue has a large basement parking facility that can accommodate 5000 vehicles for parking. Additionally, there is space for loading and unloading bays for commercial vehicles.
Jio World Convention Centre’s security systems offer an unobtrusive customer experience. For added safety, the venue has armed guards from the Government of India as well as multi-level access control and advanced visitor management system.
Green Credentials
Jio World Convention Centre is LEED Platinum pre-certified. Twenty percent of the total building area is landscaped with over 700 native trees. Most of the water and 98% of the sewage is recycled, and there is a dedicated facility for on-site waste reduction management.
