The SISO (Society of Independent Show Organisers) Women’s Leadership SIG’s Virtual Leadership Development Series is offering sessions on avoiding burnout and how not to lose sight of your career ambitions, running, 21 October and 28 October.

Session 3 in the series, 21 October, is Avoiding Burnout: How to Cultivate Personal Resilience will explore practices to put in place to help you build personal resilience in the short, medium, and long-term. To register click here.

Session 4: Remember me? How NOT to Lose Sight of Your Career Ambitions is aimed at many who have hit both the career pause and the reset button due to the pandemic. With the crisis pushing many to consider a career pivot or change, this session will look at how to get back on track and moving again, or how to lay new tracks. Click here to register.

In November participants of Sessions 3 and 4 may also sign up for a small study group session to discuss the content and share experiences and on 18 November, Angela Scalpello (pictured) will host a live Office Hours session to answer already submitted questions or questions coming in via the online portal.

All sessions will be virtual via Zoom meetings and all materials will be available online.
