EXPO REAL to launch new event in Asia in 2026

Europe’s largest trade fair for property and investment is expanding its portfolio to include an event in Asia. Munich-based EXPO REAL, which takes place in October is now launching a show in Singapore.

EXPO REAL Asia Pacific will take place in Singapore, 15-17 June, 2026 and the new event will bring together the key players from the real estate, infrastructure and investment sectors across the Asia Pacific region.

With an average annual growth rate of 7.6% until 2030, the real estate market in the Asia Pacific region is one of the most dynamic in the world. Numerous urban development projects are emerging, significantly increasing the need for innovative solutions.

EXPO REAL Asia Pacific organiser say the show aims to address these current market needs.

Stefan Rummel and Dr Reinhard Pfeiffer, CEOs of organiser Messe München, released a statement which said: “With EXPO REAL Asia Pacific, we are expanding our international network and creating a platform for the growing real estate market in the Asia Pacific region in Singapore from 2026.”

EXPO REAL Asia Pacific will take place alongside the World Cities Summit (14–16 June, 2026), a platform for government leaders and industry experts to discuss and exchange ideas on the challenges of liveable and sustainable cities. That event is organised by the Centre for Liveable Cities (CLC) and the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA).

Hugh Lim, executive director at the Centre for Liveable Cities, Singapore said: “We look forward to the co-location of EXPO REAL Asia Pacific beginning with World Cities Summit 2026. Together, the breadth and depth of our events will enhance the overall experience and value for city leaders and delegates.”
