Middle East gym operator GymNation, and HYROX, the fitness race concept have announced the launch of the world’s first HYROX365 Challenge at the region’s biggest annual fitness and wellness exhibition, featuring the Dubai Muscle Show and Dubai Active 2024. The Challenge will be hosted 25-27 October at the Dubai Exhibition Centre, Expo City, in collaboration with the Dubai Sports Council.
The HYROX365 Challenge, open to all, is a benchmark workout that combines elements of a HYROX race with those of the HYROX365 training programmes, offering athletes a new way to assess their progress in their HYROX journey.
The event will be the centerpiece of Dubai Muscle Show and Dubai Active, pushing athletes and fitness enthusiasts of all fitness levels throughout the three-day event. The event will feature both singles and doubles division, and over AED 30,000 in prizes for winners.
