Global exhibition organiser Messe Frankfurt Middle East (MFME) has announced the promotion of two key executives to the company's executive team. Flyn Roberts (pictured) has been appointed as the company's first chief commercial officer and Ben Steinberg has been promoted to the role of chief financial officer, effective immediately.
Roberts, who joined the company in 2022 as event director for Beautyworld Middle East and rose to portfolio director for the company’s Consumer Goods events in early 2023, now steps up to chief commercial officer. In this role, she will oversee all of MFME’s commercial portfolios.
Steinberg, joined MFME in August last year and, as CFO, will play a pivotal role in steering the company's financial strategy and ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.

The appointments come the company reports unprecedented growth and potential across its diverse portfolio of events in the Middle East. Brands such as Intersec, Automechanika, and Beautyworld have witnessed record growth in 2023 and 2024, the company said,alongside new event launches such as Logimotion, signalling a promising outlook for the company in key markets like Dubai and Saudi Arabia.
