Ungerboeck has changed its name to Momentus Technologies in a major rebrand for the US-based global event management software specialist.
The company says it has empowered more than 50,000 users in thousands of venues worldwide over the past 30 years.
Now it has unveiled a new brand identity and name change which, the company says, reflects the integration of four acquisitions made over the past two years: EventBooking, Priava, ShoWorks and Risk Manager. The acquisitions have expanded the company’s global reach, embracing modern technology and data-driven solutions. The CEO Alex Alexandrov says it is “important that our brand, core values and mission are aligned to represent what we’ve become since we started on this path and to better serve the needs and expectations of our customers.
