The Exhibition Think Tank Club has announced the launch of its ETT Mentoring Programme. The Club says 16 senior industry professionals have come forward to support the initiative and become ETT mentors. The initiative is now being promoted to professionals in the industry who may be in need of support from senior industry professionals to push their career development.
The Club says: “The ETT Mentoring Programme is our contribution to retain, engage and empower the best people in the exhibition sector.”
The idea is to align mentors with specific needs. Becoming a mentee brings an array of benefits such as access to mentor’s expertise; talking about your challenges to someone outside the organisation; vital feedback in key areas; learning specific skills and knowledge relevant to personal goals and gaining a sharper focus on what is needed to grow professionally and to network with more people.
The cost of the programme (priced in sterling) is £49 for Gold members of ETT Club or £89 for Basic members and non-members.
