The global events company, Freeman has announced the appointment of Jason Megson (pictured) as the new managing director of Freeman EMEA.
With over 20 years’ experience at independent and global agencies, Megson was most recently managing director of UK & Nordics at George P Johnson.
Megson is also an active sustainability advocate having contributed to the establishment and launch of event industry body Isla, a non-profit organisation founded by event professionals and industry leaders focusing on a sustainable future. His expertise and values are aligned with Freeman’s commitment to minimise the industry’s carbon footprint by signing the ‘Net Zero Carbon Events Pledge’ at COP26.
