Malaysia Convention and Exhibition Bureau (MyCEB) has announced a raft of new bids won for the country’s business events industry. Despite experiencing a significant shift, due to the Covid 19 pandemic over the past few months in the global business events landscape, MyCEB has announced 21 bids won for conventions and exhibitions, 19 bids won for meetings and incentives and six bids won for trade exhibitions, altogether totalling 46 bids won in the 3rd quarter of 2020.
As for exhibitions, MyCEB successfully secured Asian Consumable Appliances and Smart Electronics Trade Expo (ACASE) 2020, Kuala Lumpur International Logistics and Transportation Exhibition (KILAT) 2020 and Asia Fence Expo 2020.
MyCEB has also secured conventions up until the year 2022, including the 19th Asian Battery Conference and Exhibition (19ABC), the 16th World Federation of Chiropractic Biennial Congress and Asian Mayor’s Summit on Active Living 2022.
“We would like to thank you and your team for a job well done. Your team has supported us in the bid and we successfully secured the opportunity to host the AOCRM 2024,” Professor Dr Nazirah Hasnan, the President of Malaysian Association of Rehabilitation Physicians (MARP) Malaysia, told MyCEB.
