USA – The exec VP and COO of ConvExx, the independent organiser of the SEMA US auto show, has been promoted to president.
Jeff Pressman, who joined the company in 2006 and is a partner in the firm, stepped into the role after the serving president, Susan Schwartz, was appointed MD.
Pressman and Schwartz will manage ConvExx, which also produces the Las Vegas BikeFest consumer show, alongside chairman Chuck Schwartz.
Last year’s SEMA Show (pictured), ConvExx’s flagship show, filled 68302sqm (net) at the Las Vegas Convention Centre, the home of the Consumer Electronics Show.
“Jeff has been involved with every aspect of managing our business, including sales, marketing and operations,” said Chuck Schwartz. “He is also a licensed attorney with years of experience in contracts and business issues. We are excited he is assuming the leadership role at ConvExx.”
