ASP wins Australian food show contract

AUSTRALIA - Event technology supplier ASP is to provide content management software for an Australian food exhibition.

Food Service Australia 2011, which incorporates Bakery Australia 2011, is the longest running food event in the country and will use ASP’s expertise to enhance its website to help exhibitors and visitors with pre- and post-show aims.

"We are always looking for ways to improve our events. ASP's system allows us to be at the leading edge of web marketing, and provides us with an easy-to-use tool to help industry suppliers and visitors achieve their own growth goals," said event manager, Clifford Fairbass.

ASP's vice-president of global sales, Steve Mackenzie, added: "We are excited about bringing our work to Australia after 13 years of development in overseas markets including the UK, US, India and the Middle East."

Food Service Australia 2011 will take place on 19 and 21 June at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.
