UK - The International Convention Centre London Excel (ICC) has won a spate of awards over the past six months.
It has been named Europe's leading meetings and conference centre at the World Travel Awards, achieved Gold for best conference centre in an international conference venue hot list and been awarded the business tourism award for 2010 at the Enjoy England Awards for Excellence.
Excel London has also been named a finalist in the ICCA best marketing awards for its ICC London Excel official launch event and shortlisted for a further three awards.
“To have all this global recognition is not only a real coup for us, but underlines our significance within the business tourism industry,” said director of conferences and events, James Rees.
Finalists for the ICCA best marketing awards will be announced on 27 October.
