HORECA Jordan celebrates eighth edition at new venue

Jordan’s minister of tourism and antiquities, the president and members of Jordan Restaurant Association, and leading figures from the world of hospitality were present at the opening of the 8th edition of HORECA Jordan on 27 September at Jordan International Exhibition Center. The exhibition celebrates the best in hospitality and foodservice and organisers tell EW they have over 150 exhibitors and expect 8,000 attendees to attend the show before it closes, 29 September.

Organisers say visitors to HORECA Jordan can discover the products and services of more than 150 local and international exhibitors, including tableware suppliers, kitchen equipment specialists, food and beverage producers, packaging and labelling manufacturers.

Thuraya Husseini, chairperson and CEO of Lawrence and Husseini Consult, HORECA Jordan organiser, said: “We are delighted to see so many familiar faces, as well as first-time visitors, at the event. HORECA Jordan’s new venue, which is more spacious than previous editions and on a single floor, has made the experience more practical and enjoyable for our exhibitors and guests.”

Those attending HORECA Jordan can watch 150 participants in action at the Hospitality Salon Culinaire, the Barista Competition and the Bed Making Competition.
